Applications
Submission creates a review record only. eCEFA may request further information through an approved provider and may accept, defer or decline access based on law, risk, provider coverage and product eligibility.
Credentials and wallet safety
Never send passwords, passkey secrets, seed phrases, private keys or one-time codes through the public forms. eCEFA will not request these secrets by email or contact message.
Availability and changes
Public information may change as provider, legal and jurisdictional reviews progress. Material product terms, fees, risks and provider identities must be shown and accepted before activation.
Contracting entity
The contracting legal entity, registration details, governing law and dispute venue are intentionally marked as an activation blocker and must be completed by counsel before regulated launch.
